Located on Regent’s Park Road in North London, revitalised a well-established neighbourhood pub within the Primrose Hill Conservation Area. We were appointed as architects and interior designers to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment that refreshed the ground and first floor trade areas, fully upgraded the customer toilets, and carried out external repairs and redecorations to this historic building.

The design approach focused on restoring and celebrating traditional pub character through refinished timber floors and bar joinery, new timber furniture and leather upholstery, improved lighting, and a more balanced interior layout, while carefully retaining existing features where possible.

External works included façade redecorations, signage and lighting improvements, stained glass repairs, and upgraded pavement seating to strengthen the pub’s presence on Regent’s Park Road.

The project creates a refreshed yet authentic London pub environment that supports both casual drinking and dining while respecting the building’s heritage and long-standing role in the Primrose Hill community.
